SKYMASTER CABIN DOOR SAFETY ISSUES

Cabin door issues in your Skymaster can have serious consequences and may lead to death.

We can service your Skymaster cabin door to ensure the highest safety standards are met in your airplane.

  • We have parts and seals for the cabin door lift assist assembly to ensure the cabin door lifts properly

  • Both door locks must be fully functioning to avoid inflight explosive decompression

Both of the push-to-lock knobs should go down (pictured) to the lock position to be safe for pressurized flight.

If these locks are not functioning properly, explosive inflight decompression of the cabin door can destroy your airplane and kill you!

Cabin door not staying properly elevated when open leading to decreased headroom and risk of hitting your head on the door.

Plenty of headroom (pictured) when the upper cabin door opens and stays up properly.
Very user-friendly!
