Fuel Tank Systems for Skymasters


We manufacture all of the Skymaster fuel tanks out of composite.
They don’t corrode and deteriorate like the OEM aluminum tanks do.

Replacement tanks for the OEM Tanks:  FAA-PMA Carbon Fiber fuel tanks
’63-‘74 Fuel Tanks: 6 tanks $3500 each or $18,000 for a complete set
’75 – ’80 Fuel Tanks: 8 tanks $3500 each or $24,000 for a complete set

40 Gallon Tip Tanks:  Not available at this time. 

~16 Gallon in the wing Aux fuel tanks: $28,000 installed

~24 Gallon in the wing Aux fuel tanks: $30,000 installed

40 Gallon in the wing Aux fuel tanks: $40,000 installed

Pylon Mounted fuel tanks:
18 Gallon tanks, you can use up to 4 tanks:  $5000 each
25 Gallon tanks, you can use up to 4 tanks:  $6000 each
50 Gallon tanks, you can use up to 4 tanks:  $10,000 each

Pylons for mounting the above tanks: $3500 each, $6000 for 2, 11,000 for 4

Installation of Pylon support brackets in the wings = “Hard Points”
$16,000 for 2 = installed
$28,000 for 4 = installed

368 Gallons: = The maximum fuel capacity for a Skymaster using the above auxiliary fuel tanks.
